Rocoto brings 20 years of wireless video expertise to the world's most demanding environments - operating rooms, industrial facilities, and critical infrastructure. We're looking for engineers and specialists who want their work to have real-world impact.
Why Rocoto
Our products are used in live surgeries, on construction sites, and in industrial environments where failure is not an option. Every engineer here understands that what we build directly affects outcomes in the field.
We're a focused team - not a sprawling enterprise, not a pre-revenue startup. We have proven technology, long-standing customer relationships, and the resources to work on problems that genuinely challenge the boundaries of wireless communication.
You're not building another SaaS dashboard. Rocoto's zero-latency wireless video technology is FDA-cleared, deployed in hospitals globally, and used in environments with genuine safety requirements.
Small, senior teams mean you own more surface area and go deeper into problems. Engineers work across hardware, firmware, RF, software, and systems - not in narrow functional silos.
We operate across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. The work is international in scope but the team is tight-knit - decisions are made by people who understand the technology, not by committee.
Two decades of R&D investment, an extensive patent portfolio, and certified quality systems give us the foundation to take on ambitious next-generation wireless challenges without the instability of early-stage risk.
What We Look For
Our technology sits at the intersection of RF engineering, embedded systems, optics, and regulated-device quality. The people who thrive here combine deep technical expertise with a genuine interest in how things actually work.
Antenna design, RF system architecture, signal processing, PCB layout, and hardware bring-up in demanding EMI environments. Experience with FCC/CE/MDR compliance a strong plus.
Low-level C/C++, RTOS, FPGA, and SoC development. Video pipeline experience - compression, encoding, latency optimization - is directly relevant to our core product challenges.
ISO 13485 QMS, FDA 510(k) submissions, MDR/IVDR technical files, and risk management per IEC 62304 and ISO 14971. We maintain active certifications across multiple regulatory regimes.
