Wireless video
built for the OR.

Deployed in over 20,000 operating rooms worldwide - our medical-grade platform eliminates cables from the sterile field while delivering the signal quality and reliability clinical teams depend on.

Cables on the OR floor are a daily reality in thousands of hospitals - creating hazards, slowing procedures, and complicating sterilization.

The Challenge

The OR environment demands more than commercial wireless can offer.

Surgical environments impose unique challenges that off-the-shelf wireless solutions cannot meet. Electrocautery devices, imaging equipment, and the density of electronics in a modern OR create an RF environment unlike any other.

At the same time, the clinical consequences of signal interruption, latency, or data exposure are severe. Hospitals need a system engineered specifically for this environment - not adapted from a consumer product.

Cable hazards & infection risk
Cables crossing the sterile field introduce contamination pathways and trip hazards for staff during fast-paced procedures.
Interference from OR equipment
Electrocautery, C-arms, and robotic systems generate intense RF noise that disrupts standard wireless video.
Patient data & network exposure
Streaming surgical video over shared hospital networks creates compliance and privacy risks under HIPAA and MDR.

Clinical Applications

Operating Theaters

Live surgical video - everywhere it needs to be.

In the modern OR, surgical visualization feeds multiple destinations simultaneously: in-room monitors, recording systems, and observation galleries. Rocoto transmits up to four independent receivers per transmitter, supporting laparoscopic, robotic, and open procedures without a single cable on the floor.

Up to 4 simultaneous display connections per transmitter
6+ independent wireless links per OR without cross-interference
Plug-and-play integration with existing OR display and recording systems
Gray and black electronic medical devices used in an endoscopy suite
Endoscopy Suites

Eliminating cables at the procedure room level.

Flexible and rigid endoscopes trail long HDMI cables that create trip hazards and cross-contamination pathways in busy procedure rooms. Rocoto replaces that cable with a wireless link - transmitting 4K video to monitors and recorders while allowing the endoscope to move freely around the patient.

Two surgeons can view two independent wireless feeds simultaneously
No cable-related degradation of image quality
Transmitter can be mounted directly to the endoscope stack

Hybrid ORs

Interference-free in the most demanding RF environments.

Hybrid operating rooms combine surgical instruments with fluoroscopy, CT, and robotic systems - generating intense electromagnetic interference that defeats standard wireless video. Rocoto's proprietary RF technology and AES-256 encryption operate reliably alongside all of it, with zero exposure to shared network infrastructure.

Operates independently of hospital WiFi and Bluetooth
AFS & DFS auto-selects the least congested RF channel
Works through radiation shielding and lead glass partitions
